Our experienced real estate team will assist in finding the right location using site selection software and years of expertise in the market.
The ideal location is a 2,200 to 2,400 square foot space in an inline or end-cap position within a strip center. The location should be in a high-traffic area with other restaurants and retail nearby.
You will need approximately 15-20 employees, depending on the mix of full-time and part-time staff. This team typically includes cashiers, food runners, line/prep cooks, and utility staff.
The timeline depends on several factors, including real estate availability, lease negotiations, and the permitting process. Typically, it takes between 10 to 12 months to open your first Sammy’s Sliders location.
After completing the online form and having an initial conversation with a Sammy’s Sliders team member, you will need to submit an application, financials, and complete a background check. Once reviewed, you’ll be invited to meet our team on Discovery Day.
